ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our intensive care unit team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients with critical conditions while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Educate patients' families on their loved ones' conditions and post-discharge care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.

Shift Requirements

This position offers both day and night shifts in a 3x12-hour format. Shifts available are:

Day Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM
Night Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
Prior experience in an ICU setting is preferred.
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Information

Please note that local travelers are not being accepted for this position. Rotating shifts are required to ensure adequate patient care and staffing levels.
