Litigation Paralegal

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all stages of the litigation lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys working closely with attorneys on complex matters. Key Responsibilities Perform asset searches to assess collectability Utilize investigative databases (e.g., TLO) to locate individuals for service of process Document Drafting & Management Assist with preparing affidavits, witness and exhibit lists, and stipulations Organize and prepare documents for production, including Bates labeling, redactions, and privilege logs Coordinate document collection from clients and third parties, ensuring accuracy and completeness Deposition & Trial Support Summarize deposition transcripts and manage supporting exhibits Prepare binders and materials for depositions, hearings, and trials Assist with demonstratives, spreadsheets, and trial presentations Tag testimony and exhibits within document review platforms Exhibits & Evidence Locate, label, and organize exhibits for hearings and trial Create electronic and hyperlinked exhibit binders Upload and manage exhibits using trial presentation software (e.g., Trial Director or similar) Discovery & Review Track and organize discovery requests and responses Review productions from opposing parties to ensure completeness Maintain and update lists of relevant and privileged search terms Information Tracking Develop and maintain spreadsheets tracking parties, entities, dates, issues, and key events Assist in organizing case data and litigation timelines Qualifications Prior experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant preferred Familiarity with legal research tools, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Experience Exposure to electronic discovery and document production Knowledge of court procedures and filing requirements (including complex business litigation rules) Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a legal team #J-18808-Ljbffr Talent Lab Partners LLC
