Position Overview Seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work in schools within Elkton, MD for the 2026-27 School Year. Summer 2026 hours may be available in Delaware if you wish to start sooner! Benefits Competitive pay starting at $24 - $27.36 per hour (based on education and related experience) 10-Month, School Day Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:15 a.m. – 3:45 p.m. Comprehensive health benefits, effective 30 days after hire Tuition and student loan assistance through our ASCEND Program Mission-driven work that makes a real difference A supportive, collaborative team environment with opportunities for professional growth Responsibilities Implement BCBA-designed behavior intervention plans with fidelity in school settings Provide direct support using prompting, reinforcement, skill-building, and behavior reduction strategies Collect and track session data, maintaining accurate documentation and reporting progress to the BCBA Follow safety and crisis protocols to ensure a secure learning environment Collaborate with school staff and maintain professional communication with teams and families Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and adherence to ethical and program standards Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED required. Must hold current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Experience: Prior experience working with children or adolescents in educational, clinical, or community settings preferred. Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is strongly preferred but not required.
