Middle Park Health is a Level IV Trauma Critical Access Hospital with 2 active ORs located in Granby, Grand County, CO. Cases are performed M-F days, no call, no holidays. Reports to: Chief of Surgery Description: A Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is an advanced practice nurse responsible for administering anesthesia, monitoring patients during surgery and other medical procedures. Need to be proficient in Critical Care and Airway management. Provide professional and competent anesthesia care to a wide variety of patients from neonatal through all lifespan population, requiring surgical and other anesthesia services. Supports and contributes to patient centered care. Provide a variety of blocks, determines the choices of anesthetic and performing pre‑anesthesia, intra‑operative anesthesia, and post‑anesthesia management. Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Current RN license in the state of Colorado. Current CRNA license in the state of Colorado Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing required. Current BLS Certification. Current ACLS Certification. Current PALS Certification Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EPIC preferred) Compensation: $230,00 – $295,000 per year Status: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Location: Granby, CO MPH offers Full-Time employees working 30+ hrs/week and Part-Time employees working 20 hrs/week PTO, Health, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability, STD and FSA or HSA.
