Are you a friendly, organized professional who enjoys helping others and creating a positive first impression? St. Augustine Health & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional environment while supporting the daily operations of our facility.
Schedule & Pay
Monday-Friday
7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Some holidays required
$15.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and assist them with navigating the facility
- Route calls and messages to the appropriate departments
- Coordinate outgoing packages and deliveries
- Maintain visitor and personnel logs
- Assist with general administrative and front office duties
- Support daily operations to help ensure an exceptional experience for residents, families, and staff
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Reliable with a strong attendance record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
