Process Technician, Wednesday-Saturday 2nd shift

Schedule and Training We are currently looking to fill a Process Technician position with a Wednesday‑Saturday 2:00 pm–12:30 am schedule. Training will take place Monday‑Friday 1st shift 6:00 am–2:30 pm for several weeks; thereafter, work hours will be Wednesday‑Saturday 2:00 pm–12:30 am. Typical Responsibilities Perform daily operations, maintenance, and repairs on utility systems, manufacturing equipment, and building systems in a cGMP environment. Ensure safe and efficient hands‑on maintenance of all plant manufacturing equipment and related support equipment. Identify off‑nominal conditions with mechanical equipment and conduct mechanical troubleshooting in a clean room environment. Perform daily Work Orders (WOs) and preventative maintenance (PMs), coordinating workflow and documentation. Troubleshoot electrical equipment during off‑nominal conditions, locate the source of trouble, and arrange for or perform necessary repairs. Coordinate with impacted departments and Facilities Management when planned and unplanned work events occur. Role Suitability Can interpret P&IDs, equipment/system layouts, wiring diagrams, and specifications for maintenance and repairs. Has prior experience in equipment maintenance or a related mechanical role. Is safety‑minded and seeks continuous improvement opportunities. Strives for compliance with regulatory, corporate, and site‑specific policies. Can fully gown as required when entering and working on the production floor. Can support a rotational on‑call schedule. To be considered, you must be willing and able to work Wednesday‑Saturday 2:00 pm–12:30 am. Applicants should have an AAS degree, preferably in an Engineering or Construction Technologies related field, and the following minimum experience: Process Technician II: 2+ years of related experience or HSD/GED with 5+ years of related experience.
