Physical Therapist (PT) – Full Time | Skilled Nursing Facility Location: Shore Pointe Care Center Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team in our skilled nursing facility in New Jersey. If you love helping seniors regain their mobility, independence, and quality of life, this is the perfect opportunity for you! What You’ll Do Evaluate and treat residents in subacute and long term care setting with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions Develop personalized treatment plans to improve strength, balance, gait, and functional mobility Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech therapists Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner using our electronic medical records system Participate in care plan meetings and family conferences Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive team environment Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as needed Report directly to the Director of Rehabilitation What We’re Looking For Active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey (or eligible to obtain) New grads welcome!
