\n Seeking a full-time Board-Certified Anatomical and Clinical Pathologist to join a high-volume community hospital and ambulatory pathology service. This role offers a blend of clinical practice, academic affiliation, and long-term career stability within a premier academic health system.

  Sign out routine surgical pathology and cytology cases

  Sign out hematopathology cases as part of the assigned workload

\n
• \n

  Oversee and interpret a wide range of diagnostic laboratory tests

  Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary clinical teams to guide diagnosis and treatment decisions

\n
• \n

  Provide expert diagnostic insight to support optimal patient care

\n
• \n

  Participate in pathology services for both inpatient and ambulatory settings

Compensation:

\n

\n
• \n

  Base Salary: $271,000–$281,000

\n
• \n

  Total Compensation: $301,000–$318,000 including bonuses

\n
• \n

  Revenue Sharing: Up to $30,000 annually based on productivity and compliance metrics

\n

\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n

  Board Certified in Anatomical and Clinical Pathology

\n
• \n

  2–3 years of hospital-based pathology experience preferred

\n
• \n

  Strong diagnostic skills and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary clinical environment
