Description of the role This Part-Time Receptionist position at Don Thornton Cadillac in Tulsa, OK requires providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to clients and staff. Hours are Monday thru Friday 5:00pm to 7:00pm Saturday 9:00am to 6:00pm Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers in person or over the phone Answer and direct phone calls Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information Perform administrative duties such as filing, copying, and data entry Requirements Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
