Job Description Retail Title Clerk - Go Kia Renton Ready to take the next step in your accounting career? This team provides accounting support for three Go Auto dealerships across Renton and Tacoma, giving you the opportunity to work with multiple stores while being part of one collaborative team. What You'll Do Process and license all retail title transactions within state and federal deadlines. Review and verify title documentation for all retail transactions. Verify all title documentation for trade-in vehicles. Identify and correct titling issues or errors. Follow up on missing or incomplete title documentation. Allocate licensing fees and process refunds when applicable. Maintain accurate and up-to-date titling schedules. Add trade-in vehicles to the title hold list when required documentation is missing. Remove trade-in vehicles from the title hold list once all required documentation has been received. Maintain accurate records and ensure all title transactions meet company, state, and federal requirements. Work closely with Sales, Finance, and dealership leadership to resolve title issues and ensure transactions are completed on time. Perform other title-related administrative duties as required. What We're Looking For Previous dealership billing, accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience. Retail Titling experience preferred Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. The ability to manage a high volume of transactions and multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple dealership teams.
