$18–$22/hour | Friday, Saturday & Sunday Closing Shifts

A great massage or facial doesn't begin and end in the treatment room. The client experience starts - and finishes - at the front desk.

Elements Massage White Plains is looking for a dependable, personable and sales-minded Wellness Membership Advisor to join our weekend closing team.

This is more than a traditional receptionist position. You'll build relationships with clients, manage appointments, recommend services and memberships, support our massage therapists and estheticians, and help keep the studio running smoothly.

The Schedule

We're specifically hiring for consistent availability:

Friday: 3:00 PM–Close

Saturday: 3:00 PM–Close

Sunday: 2:00 PM–Close

Because this position is an important part of our weekend closing team, dependable attendance and consistent availability for these shifts are essential.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

You'll help create a warm, professional client experience while supporting the day-to-day operation of the studio.

• Welcome clients and manage check-in and checkout
• Answer phones, schedule appointments and respond to client questions
• Listen to client needs and recommend appropriate services, enhancements and membership options
• Introduce and enroll clients in the Elements Wellness Membership Program
• Build relationships that support rebooking and membership retention
• Process payments and maintain accurate client and transaction information
• Communicate effectively with massage therapists, estheticians and front desk teammates
• Maintain an organized, clean and welcoming studio
• Complete closing responsibilities accurately and prepare the studio for the next business day

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

You'll likely be a strong fit if you:

• Genuinely enjoy working with people
• Are comfortable having sales conversations and asking for the sale
• Are dependable, punctual and consistently available for the required closing shifts
• Can manage a busy front desk while maintaining attention to detail
• Communicate professionally in person, by phone and in writing
• Are comfortable learning scheduling, point-of-sale and other business systems
• Stay calm, flexible and solutions-focused when priorities change
• Work well independently and as part of a team

Experience in sales, hospitality, fitness, wellness, spa, retail, membership-based businesses or customer service is preferred, but we're also interested in candidates with strong transferable skills.
