Onsite End-User IT Support Technician (90-Day)

Nextiva in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Level 1 End User Support Specialist for a full-time, 90-day assignment onsite. You will provide first-level support to end users, triage and troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure a positive user experience in a fast-paced, in-person team setting. You will support Windows systems, Microsoft Office and conferencing tools, create clear documentation, and occasionally participate in project work to build skills in areas like Linux, Intune, Jamf and asset #J-18808-Ljbffr Nextiva
