This is anon call position. Key Duties Maintain facilities security and safety while on campus Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, wax, and polish floors and surfaces Collect and empty waste and recycling containers Clean windows, mirrors, blinds, light fixtures, walls, and drinking fountains Disinfect restrooms and replenish supplies Sweep walkways and perform routine groundskeeping Move, set up, and maintain furniture, equipment, and supplies Ensure proper lighting, heating, and ventilation throughout the facility Perform minor building and equipment repairs (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.) Collaborate with staff and support students and patrons as needed Maintain confidentiality when working with staff, students, parents, and community members Perform other duties as assigned by the Plant Coordinator or Administration Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Previous custodial experience preferred Knowledge of cleaning methods and safe use of cleaning equipment and materials Ability to perform moderately heavy lifting (50-75 lbs) and physically demanding tasks Basic repair skills for facilities and equipment Ability to follow instructions, routines, and directives Strong interpersonal skills; able to maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and the public Flexible and reliable; able to work varying hours as needed Criminal background check and fingerprinting required Schedule & Compensation Hours: TBD, on call as needed Wage: $20.68 - $25.74 per hour (based on experience) Start Date: Immediately Status: Position open until filled Position Type: Substitute Salary: $20.68 to $25.74 Per Hour Contact Information Niki Jones 51187 Blue River Drive Finn Rock, Oregon 97488 Phone: View phone number on click.appcast.io Email: View email address on click.appcast.io Map The content you submit, offer, contribute, attach, post, or display (each a “Submission”) will be viewed by other users of the service who may or may not be accurately representing who they are or who they represent.
