Senior Accounting Analyst

Partner with multiple departments to ensure accurate financial reporting Perform actual-to-forecast variance analysis during month-end close Record accrual journal entries and support close process Translate complex accounting and financial concepts into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses, including data gathering, modeling, and presentation of findings Participate in special projects, offering analytical recommendations and business insights Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiency Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial analysis MBA or CPA or related discipline is a plus NetSuite experience is a plus Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in financial reporting, variance analysis, and financial modeling, with a strong ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
