We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to help manage and maintain our growing rental vehicle fleet. This role plays a key part in ensuring our customers receive a seamless rental experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone regarding rental pricing, vehicle availability, and policies Respond to customer inquiries promptly, ensuring all calls are returned within one hour Complete rental agreements accurately for each vehicle rented Verify proof of insurance, driver’s license, and secure all required signatures Inspect returned vehicles for mileage, fuel level, and potential damage; complete a check-in form for every return Close rental agreements immediately upon vehicle return Clearly explain all rental policies, including: No smoking or pets allowed Responsibility for damages and violations Full fuel tank required upon return Coordinate with insurance companies to verify coverage, confirm payment terms, and follow up on claim payments Ensure timely payment for all rental types: warranty, customer pay, internal, and insurance claims Wash, vacuum, and detail rental vehicles to ensure they are clean and ready for the next customer Track daily rental revenue and utilization using Excel Scan rental agreements and maintain organized digital records Communicate daily with Service Advisors and Management about customers currently in rental vehicles Maintain an organized, professional workspace and protect all customer information Qualifications Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor Availability of working Saturdays Valid driver’s license required Ability to drive manual transmission Must be willing to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening What We Offer Medical and dental insurance Paid training and development opportunities Growth and advancement potential within the dealership Family-owned and operated environment Long-term job stability Paid holidays, vacation, personal, and sick days Employee vehicle purchase programs Accurate electronic timekeeping and payroll #J-18808-Ljbffr Hireology
