Shipping/ Receiving Clerk

Job Details Job Location: Anaheim, CA 92807 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly Job Shift: 1st Shift Brief Description: Shipping/ Receiving Department is responsible for receiving, storing, pulling, disbursing, shipping and accounting for all inventory and services within the company. The Shipping Receiving Clerk will be initially trained in 1 area and is expected to progressively cross train to be responsible for additional functions within the department. Qualifications Willing to work hard, positive attitude, willing to learn, team oriented, good work ethic, sense of urgency and ability to achieve results required. Computer proficient with ability to make accurate inventory, job costing, labor and time keeping entries required. Experience in Scale Count, Receiving, Pulling, Packing, UPS, FedEx, LTL, and International shipping to customer specifications, equipment characteristics, transportation methods and routes preferred. Forklift background preferred Experience in ERP preferred. Ability to verify identification, quantity and quality of product and accurately make corresponding entries in computer and on documentation required. Ability to accurately utilize shop math required. Ability to read & accurately interpret work instructions, procedures, etc. required Attention to detail with ability to think and act analytically and use mathematics to meet job requirements required. Ability to communicate effectively with outside process vendors for identification and follow-up on jobs Excellent interpersonal skills including listening, speaking and writing Effective team member with sense of urgency and ability to meet schedule requirements required Excellent attendance record required Ability to follow verbal and written instructions required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
