Compensation Average total pay with bonuses and spiffs ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 per year. Responsibilities Coach, train and develop your team daily. Maintain operational standards to ensure inventory, revenue, promotions, displays, and store environment for all customers. Recruit, interview and successfully retain a highly engaged sales team. Drive marketing efforts using avenues such as social media, networking and outside events. Deliver exceptional sales results, remain operationally sound, and take care of employees and customers professionally. Required Qualifications Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. At least 18 years of age. Full background check may be performed as part of the hiring process. Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment. Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
