Estate Planning Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Estate Planning Attorney for its North Palm Beach, FL office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience and a strong desire to serve clients in need of estate planning. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and a license to practice law in Florida are required. Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail. Duties Assist clients by understanding their needs, analyzing situations, and strategizing appropriate actions. Draft and file wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Organize and maintain client files to ensure they are current. Advise clients on retirement plans, charitable giving, and insurance options. Collaborate with partners and paralegals to move files through the civil litigation process. Advise clients on funding trusts and aligning assets with estate plans. Manage estate administration from open to close. Work with paralegals and legal staff, assigning and monitoring work. Monitor caseload pipeline and act to move cases forward. Engage in business development and community engagement. Manage client relationships. Requirements Minimum of five years of experience in estate planning. Licensed to practice law in Florida. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
