HRIS Analyst

Constellation Search Group is looking for an HRIS Analyst for a full-time direct hire position. The HRIS Analyst will act as the primary point of contact for frontline system support, ensuring the stability and integrity of HR technology operations. This role includes resolving technical tickets, maintaining data accuracy across platforms, and supporting the integration of HRIS systems. The analyst will also participate in strategic HCM initiatives to enhance system functionality and support workflow continuity. Responsibilities Provide technical support for Workday and UKG systems, troubleshooting errors and assisting end-users, along with maintaining system training resources. Manage and respond to technical inquiries, including security profile changes, report field adjustments, and schedule updates. Monitor system integrations and conduct regular audits for data accuracy and synchronization. Utilize Excel for large dataset audits and create EIBs, custom reports, and assist with report distributions and dashboard upkeep. Engage in user acceptance testing during semi-annual Workday and UKG Pro Workforce Management Feature Releases to ensure workflow stability. Lead HCM projects involving system configuration, testing, and go-live support, assisting in performance and compensation cycle management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field. 1-3 years of HRIS experience, specifically focusing on Workday. Experience with UKG, ADP, and other HRIS platforms is advantageous. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables. Strong commitment to data integrity and operational stability. Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage and resolve technical support tickets. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with HR and Compensation teams.
