Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine job requirements. Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on rolling equipment to ensure optimal performance. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making corrections as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or metalworking is a plus. Proven experience as a Plate Roll Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and machinery. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.
