RN INPATIENT – All Adult ICU's – Day & Night Shifts University of New Mexico Hospital – Albuquerque. Immediate hiring across Adult ICU departments. All shifts available! Part Time & Full Time. Sign‑On Bonus available. Relocation assistance available. Compensation: 17% weekday night, 26% weekend night, and 15% weekend day shift differentials. Minimum $34.84 (RN II) to $47.33 (RN V). Responsibilities Work within the nursing process to provide direct nursing care to assigned patients. Serve as a role model to promote a positive work environment and quality patient care. Ensure adherence to hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Deliver safe direct care to assigned group of patients as required. Work in collaboration with the healthcare team to implement and document individualized care plans. Assist with or institute emergency measures for sudden adverse developments in patients. Ensure that patient medical records contain necessary information. Answer telephones and triage calls per departmental policy and communicate clinical findings. Promote patient safety by identifying, reporting and correcting environmental conditions. Encourage patients to actively participate in their own care. Assume precepting and evaluation responsibilities of new personnel after preceptor training. Qualifications Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in State of New Mexico or as allowed by reciprocal agreement. Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing. CPR Certification for Healthcare/BLS Providers or to be obtained within 30 calendar days of hire. Ability to pass tuberculosis testing upon hire and as required. Bilingual in English/Spanish or one of the indigenous languages (Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo) is required. Experience in adult ICU departments (Cardiothoracic Vascular ICU, Trauma/Surgical ICU, Medical/Cardiac ICU, Neuroscience ICU) preferred. Benefits Sign‑On Bonus. Relocation assistance.
