$20.00/hour + 10% Shift Differential

A leading production and manufacturing operation in Nashville is seeking dependable Production Associates to join the overnight team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing, production, warehouse operations, or assembly.

Shift Details

• 3rd Shift
• Sunday Night through Friday Morning
• 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Two paid 15-minute breaks each shift
• 10% Shift Differential

Pay

• $22.00/hour
• Plus 10% shift differential

Responsibilities

• Perform production and manufacturing tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Support daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
• Follow established operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Inspect products for accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Assist with production equipment and workflow activities

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or related experience
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Team-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Warehouse experience
• Assembly line experience
• Machine operation experience
• Strong communication skills
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
