Account Executive - Mid Market

About the Role:

Join Yardi as an Account Executive - Mid Market for our Self
Storage team and play a key role in driving business growth by connecting
mid-sized organizations with innovative technology solutions. In this dynamic
sales role, you'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery
through negotiation and closing, while building strong client relationships and
delivering tailored solutions that address unique business needs.

Success in this role comes from a passion for consultative
selling, strategic prospecting, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
You'll collaborate with internal teams, leverage market and industry insights,
and use data-driven sales strategies to grow your territory, expand client
partnerships, and contribute to Yardi's continued success in a fast-paced,
technology-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, from
  prospecting and lead generation through negotiation and closing, while
  consistently achieving sales goals.
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, serving as
  a trusted advisor and delivering tailored solutions that address their business
  needs.
• Conduct product presentations and consultative sales
  discussions to demonstrate the value of Yardi solutions and drive new business
  opportunities.
• Monitor pipeline activity, prepare performance reports, and
  leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and territory
  growth.
• Represent Yardi at marketing and industry events while
  continuously developing expertise in assigned products, market trends, and
  industry best practices.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field,
  or an equivalent combination of
• education and experience
• Four (4) years of successful sales experience in the
  technology or software industry
• Solid understanding of sales cycle management principles,
  including lead generation, discovery
• and qualification, pricing, packaging, positioning, proposal
  development, contract negotiation, and closure
• Experience using client relationship management (CRM) tools
  to track and manage prospects and client activity
• Knowledge of assigned products and competition
• Skill in presenting and demonstrating products and
  articulating value propositions
• Ability to build strong relationships and interface with
  decision-makers at mid-sized companies
• Ability to maintain a client-centered focus with high
  responsiveness
• Ability to demonstrate humility, patience, and persistence
  when working with clients and prospects
• Extensive travel required (50% or more)
