Certified Medication Aide

Touchstone Communities is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Aide (PRN) to support residents in our Texas skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. In this as-needed role, you will safely administer medications, document accurately, and monitor residents for changes while supporting their comfort and dignity. Working alongside nurses, therapists, and caregivers, you’ll contribute to personalized, faith-based, person-centered care in a homelike setting. This position is ideal for CMAs who value teamwork, integrity, and flexibility while growing their clinical skills and making a meaningful impact on seniors’ lives.
