- Climate-controlled boarding for cats and dogs

- Robust support-staff structure including registered veterinary technicians, veterinary assistants, kennel/pet-care specialists, and client-service representatives

- Deliver high-quality general practice care, including preventive medicine, internal medicine, and routine surgery and dentistry
- Perform thorough exams, develop diagnostic and treatment plans, interpret imaging and lab results, and maintain accurate medical records
- Create and implement anesthesia plans; oversee and work alongside RVTs and assistants on monitoring and recovery
- Communicate clearly with clients on diagnoses, treatment options, home care, and wellness-plan recommendations
- Support hospitalized patients and provide oversight for medical needs related to boarding when applicable
- Adapt quickly to clinic workflows and contribute positively to a team-focused culture
- Weekday shifts with some weekend coverage as scheduled Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in California (active or obtainable prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong clinical skills in general practice; comfortable with routine surgery and dentistry
- Excellent communication, recordkeeping, and teamwork abilities
