RBT/ABA Therapist (Mon-Fri: 3:30-7:00) 5 y/o BOY

Role Overview A sweet 5‑year‑old boy with autism needs 1:1 ABA therapy. We’re hiring Paraprofessionals to work with children on the autism spectrum in their homes during afternoon and evening hours. As an RBT/BT, you’ll provide 1‑on‑1 support to children with autism or developmental delays, building daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence through play‑based ABA therapy designed by a licensed BCBA. Location & Hours Tempe, AZ. Mon – Fri: 3:30 AM – 7:00 PM. Benefits Pay: $21–$26/hr based on experience Flexible scheduling: let us know your availability, and we’ll match you with clients Health, dental, vision, and group life insurance for those working 20+ hours/week What You’ll Do Work one‑on‑one with children in their homes to help them learn and grow using play‑based ABA techniques Follow step‑by‑step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA) Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet Collaborate with your BCBA and fellow techs for consistency and effectiveness Provide feedback to families and celebrate small wins together Requirements Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide, Classroom Aide, after‑school programs, caregiving, autism) ABA experience a plus!
