Job Title: Emergency Medicine Physician (ABEM / IM / FM with ER Experience)
Compensation: $225/hour (All-Inclusive – Provider Covers Travel & Lodging)
Job Type: Contract (Long-Term)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 5-Year Contract (1-Year Base Period of Performance + 4 Option Years)

Position Overview

We are actively seeking Residency-Trained Emergency Medicine Physicians (ABEM) as well as Internal Medicine or Family Practice physicians with current Emergency Room experience. This is a long-term, high-paying opportunity in a well-supported emergency care setting focused on lower-acuity cases.

Key Details

• Patient Volume: 1–2 patients per hour
• Patient Population: Adult patients only
• Case Mix: Emergency cases only
  • No major trauma, STEMI, or stroke cases
  • High-acuity cases are stabilized and transferred to higher-level facilities
• Charting System: CPRS
• Call Requirements: None

Schedule & Shifts

• 10–12 hour shifts available
• Shift Options:
  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Sunday – Saturday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Scheduling Rules:

• Minimum 12-hour break between shifts
• Maximum of 8 consecutive working days

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM)
  OR
  Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with current ER experience
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license (any state accepted)
• U.S. Citizenship required
• DEA registration

Required Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

Credentialing

• Average timeframe: 4–6 weeks

Compensation & Terms

• $225/hour (all-inclusive rate)
• Providers are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses

Presentation Requirements

Candidates must provide the following:

• Current CV (month/year format)
• Life support certifications (BLS, ACLS)
• All active state licenses
• Copy of Medical Degree
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility documentation
• NPI number

Disclosure Requirements

Full background disclosure is required, including:

• Terminations or early contract terminations
• Suspended or restricted privileges
• Student loan or tax defaults
• NPDB reports
