Position reports to the Platform Services manager and works under his/her direction. Responsible for troubleshooting as well as ability to help define solutions to meet business needs, helping to provide technical oversight, planning and implementation across multiple sites. One or more of the following certifications required: ITIL Foundation, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Microsoft Server and 365 certifications, Microsoft Exchange or 365 Messaging, Citrix Certified Professional - Virtualization (CCP-VEducation And CredentialsHigh School diploma or GED is required.
