Sitting outside the usual CPA/Consulting firm structure, our client is a one-of-a-kind advisory business, built by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs. Given the tremendous growth of their forensic and valuations business over the last 12 months, they’re looking for someone to help build and grow their specialist disputes team. You’ll be given total freedom to build this business unit in the best way possible. Without the usual politics, rulebooks and limitations of a CPA firm setup, you’ll help create a unique offering for your clients. The firm places huge importance on rewarding rainmakers, so beyond salary and firm bonus, you’ll receive a percentage of all revenue generated. An open and transparent environment with true autonomy to build the division how you see fit Commission for every penny you bring into the firm, be it for yourself or referral work for your colleagues Highly competitive overall financial package, equating to roughly 30% of revenue your generation and billables Final say on all future hiring decisions for your team. Lack of conflicts, given they do no audit/tax work What we’re looking for: Proven experience leading forensics, litigation, and valuation teams A truly entrepreneurial spirit, ready to help build and lead the next big player in the industry Existing network of law firms/lawyers, with the ability to generate recurring revenue Full right to work/reside in the USA.
