Caregiver 4-Day Work Week

Caregiver Position Work 32 hours and get paid for 40 hours each week. Enjoy 8 hours shifts. Eligible for full-time and part-time positions. Eligible for 52 paid days off per year. Job position description: As a Caregiver, you will provide personal care and assist with Activities of Daily Living to RCAC, CBRF, and/or Memory Care residents of Capri Communities with adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements. Essential Responsibilities: Follow Resident Care plan to: Assist with activities of daily living Assist residents with mobility and transfers Assist with medical administration and reporting requirements Assist with plating and/or serving meals Assist with light housekeeping in resident rooms or common areas Assist with resident activities.
