Remote Sales Representative

We're building a team of competitive, driven salespeople who want their income tied directly to their performance. If you're motivated by a scoreboard and want a role where effort translates to earnings, read on.
As a Remote Sales Representative, you'll work virtually with individuals and families who've already requested information about our programs. You'll educate them, match them with the right coverage, and close. This is not a cold-calling role! Every contact has already raised their hand.
Who we are looking for:
- Competitive, goal-oriented people. (A background in athletics or team sports is a plus)
- Early-career professionals hungry to build something
- Strong communicators who genuinely connect with people
- Self-motivated and coachable, comfortable working independently
- Sales experience is a plus, not a requirement
Compensation and Benefits
- Expected weekly income: $800 – $1,500+ based on enrollments
- Union-backed position with strong benefits
- Advancement to senior and team-lead roles based on performance
