You'll play a key role in supporting academic achievement and emotional well-being, partnering closely with educators, families, and the wider school community to facilitate student success. Qualifications: Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist Proven experience in schools or youth-centered settings, conducting evaluations and providing counseling services Strong understanding of educational assessments, special education processes, and legal compliance Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt and respond to diverse student needs in a dynamic environment Responsibilities: Complete comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations, including cognitive, academic, and behavioural assessments Develop and participate in Individualised Education Program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary teams Provide direct support and interventions to students through counselling and skill-building Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to implement strategies for student learning and social-emotional development Assist in designing prevention and crisis intervention programmes within the school community This contract opportunity offers a chance to work alongside a dedicated educational team in a vibrant and supportive environment.
