RACC is a vibrant nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching the community through arts and culture, healthy living, lifelong learning, and community collaboration. This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who is passionate about strengthening community partnerships, driving fundraising efforts, supporting engaging programming, and creating a welcoming environment where people of all ages can connect and thrive.
What You'll Do- Direct budgeting, fundraising, programming, and community engagement initiatives
- Lead the overall vision, strategy, and daily operations of the RACC
- Partner closely with the Board of Directors to advance the organization's mission
- Direct budgeting, fundraising, programming, and community engagement initiatives
- Inspire and support staff and volunteers while fostering a positive culture
- Build strong relationships with donors, sponsors, community organizations, and local leaders
- Serve as the public face and advocate of the RACC
- Proven leadership experience in nonprofit, community, or organizational management
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Experience with fundraising, strategic planning, and team leadership preferred
- A collaborative, enthusiastic leader who is passionate about making a lasting community impact
