We are actively seeking dynamic, entrepreneurial recruiters to join our ranks as Senior Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialists . This role transcends the standard desk job and acts as a launchpad for our recruiters. You'll be equipped with the technology, marketing, and operational resources necessary to amplify your impact and bolster your personal brand. You will oversee the entire recruitment cycle, fostering robust partnerships with clients. With our industry-leading commission structures , your compensation will reflect the true value you bring to the table. Your Responsibilities
- Manage Comprehensive Searches from elaborate intake right through to the final close.
- Serve as a Client Partner , diving deep into their hiring needs, challenges, and cultural nuances.
- Strategically Source Candidates with our proprietary CRM/ATS and through your extensive network utilizing our advanced communication platform.
- Utilize Our Technology for candidate management, outreach tracking, automated follow-ups, and organization.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that yield long-term value for clients while generating substantial commissions for you.
- Contribute to Brand Thought Leadership as we elevate both our brand identities.
- Integrated Tech Platform Access: A one-stop platform that includes CRM, ATS, and marketing tools - no more juggling seven different applications or losing track of communications!
- Personal Brand Development Support: Want to expand your professional presence? We'll assist in creating personalized landing pages, marketing campaigns, and lead generation materials.
- Comprehensive Recruiting Operations Support: From managing contracts and credentialing to compliance and writing assistance, we have you covered.
- Performance-Oriented Compensation: Benefit from high commission structures with no earnings caps.

- 2-3+ years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales
- A robust understanding of healthcare, or a genuine willingness to learn as we provide coaching
- Proven skills in client relationship management and confidently closing offers
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems (don't worry, we'll train you on our specific tools)
- An entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to build something lasting
