We are actively seeking dynamic, entrepreneurial recruiters to join our ranks as Senior Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialists . This role transcends the standard desk job and acts as a launchpad for our recruiters. Your Responsibilities

• Manage Comprehensive Searches from elaborate intake right through to the final close.
• Serve as a Client Partner , diving deep into their hiring needs, challenges, and cultural nuances.
• Strategically Source Candidates with our proprietary CRM/ATS and through your extensive network utilizing our advanced communication platform.
• Utilize Our Technology for candidate management, outreach tracking, automated follow-ups, and organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that yield long-term value for clients while generating substantial commissions for you.
• Contribute to Brand Thought Leadership as we elevate both our brand identities.

Your Profile

• 2-3+ years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales

• Experience with ATS/CRM systems (don't worry, we'll train you on our specific tools)
• An entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to build something lasting
