The group has New Facilities, High Retention, and Physician Autonomy Benefits and Features : $600,000 guaranteed base salary $600,000 $800,000+ total potential with uncapped wRVU incentive Call pay: $600 weekday / $2,000 weekend $100,000 signing bonus ($50K Year 1, $50K Year 2) 5+ weeks PTO $5,000 CME allowance + $10,000 relocation assistance 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match Full benefits and PSLF-eligible employer Job/Practice Description: Otolaryngologist - ENT Location: Findlay, OH (40mins from Toledo) Welcome residents, fellows and experienced physicians Robust medical and surgical subspecialty support (Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery, etc.) Onsite, comprehensive audiology team with 1 ENT physician, 3 audiologists and 2 audiology technicians Advanced practice providers take practice and hospital primary call, physicians only take backup call 24-hour in-house hospitalist service available for ER admissions and medical management of common ENT conditions Surgery block time in three OR locations (Blanchard Valley Hospital, Bluffton Hospital and the Findlay Surgery Center) Very wide referral base with little surrounding competition - be as busy as you want to be and perform the cases you want to do!
