Senior Quality Manager, Learning and Capability

Becton Dickinson seeks a Senior Quality Manager to design and deploy training and capability solutions that strengthen quality system execution and compliance across the organization. The role partners with stakeholders to identify learning needs, lead program implementation, and drive continuous improvement of global quality training processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with process owners and subject matter experts to design learning and qualification solutions aligned with quality system needs
- Lead deployment of capability programs including trainer readiness, rollout strategy, and ongoing monitoring
- Serve as capability lead for assigned quality programs and establish trainer networks
- Monitor program effectiveness using data and feedback to strengthen process performance and quality outcomes
- Ensure training activities maintain compliance, documentation controls, and audit readiness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
- 8+ years in medical device or pharmaceutical quality, training, or capability development
- Experience designing learning solutions, qualification programs, and performance support tools
- Proficiency with digital learning applications including AI-enabled tools
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication abilities
- Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory compliance
