Senior Paid Media Strategist

What You’ll Do Develop, manage, and scale Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across platforms (Search, Shopping, PMax, DPA, ASC+, and emerging campaign types) Build strategic roadmaps that align with client goals and drive measurable business impact Present reporting, insights, and recommendations with confidence on client calls Audit and restructure ad accounts for optimal performance, ROAS, and efficiency Write and test compelling ad copy, headlines, and creative hooks Collaborate with internal SEO, design, dev, and email teams to align cross-channel strategies Manage ad budgets ranging from $10K to $500K+ per month across multiple clients Oversee tracking, attribution, and performance measurement using tools like GA4 and Triple Whale Conduct competitive research and deliver actionable insights for campaign improvement What You’ll Bring 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Paid Media campaigns, especially for eCommerce brands Proven success scaling campaigns and managing large budgets with minimal oversight Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, including PMax, Shopping, DPA, and ASC+ Deep understanding of product feeds, catalog management, and dynamic creative Strong grasp of landing page CRO principles and collaboration with dev/design teams Exceptional communication and client-facing presentation skills Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and Triple Whale Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or Magento Comfortable using Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace AI-native operator with experience using tools like ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, and Claude Code to improve day-to-day workflows, accelerate analysis, QA outputs, document processes, and build lightweight automations. Ability to identify repeatable paid media workflows and thoughtfully integrate AI into reporting, campaign analysis, creative/ad copy ideation, data cleanup, SOP development, and internal tooling.
