Infusion Nurse II — Home Care & Mentorship

Option Care Health Inc.

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to deliver intermediate direct patient care in home or alternate infusion suites under supervision. You will initiate care plans, administer treatments and educate patients and families, ensuring safety and compliance with physician orders. Active RN license in state of practice and CPR certification required; BSN preferred. Must be willing to travel up to 100% and work within the company’s policies and HIPAA guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Option Care Health Inc.
