• Location: Garland, TX
• Start Date: 11/02/2026
• End Date/Duration: Minimum 13-week contract, with possible extension
• Shift: Days, approximately 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Hours/Week: 40 hours guaranteed
• Locatio: Garland, TX for 6 weeks and then Canton, TX coverage
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid RN license in Texas, Tablo Hemodialysis System experience required
• Experience: Recent dialysis experience, home dialysis, and patient education experience preferred

What You’ll Do

• Train and educate patients and caregivers on home dialysis using the Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Demonstrate treatment setup, operation, and troubleshooting of Tablo
• Assess patient competency and readiness for self-care and self-cannulation
• Provide ongoing clinical support and troubleshooting for established patients
• Monitor patient progress and identify additional educational needs
• Collaborate with care teams, nephrologists, and support staff
• Document all training, assessments, and clinical interactions accurately
• Maintain infection prevention and safety standards
• Transition between Garland and Canton clinics as needed during the assignment

What You Need

Required:

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Texas (including multistate license)
• BLS & ACLS certifications
• Recent dialysis experience, with proficiency in Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage patient training schedules
• Flexibility to work at both Garland and Canton locations and provide occasional after-hours support

Preferred:

• Home dialysis and home health experience
• Experience with self-care and self-cannulation training
• Chronic dialysis background

About the Assignment

This position involves supporting patients transitioning to or maintaining home dialysis using the Tablo Hemodialysis System. The RN will provide training, ongoing support, and troubleshooting, primarily supporting patients in Garland and Canton, TX. The role emphasizes patient education, clinical assessment, and independent management, with a focus on safety and quality care.
