LC State invites applications for the position of Scheduling & Systems Specialist.Salary and rank based on experience and qualifications: $49,743Degree Required: Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or universityRequired Qualifications:Ability to troubleshoot technology issues and comfortable working with databasesExperience working in an office, excellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to organize resources, establish priorities, and meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, strong computer skills, and ability to navigate various databasesPreferred Qualifications:Master 's Degree from a regionally accredited college or universityExperience working in a higher education institutionExperience with Student Information SystemExperience with CourseLeaf CLSS/CAT/CIMExperience with Series 25Live softwareResponsibilities:Assist faculty/staff/students in a broad range of services in the Warrior OneStopCo-coordinate registration, scheduling, programs, and coursesManage CourseLeaf CLSS, 25Live, Perceptive Content, Dual Enroll course uploads, and Student Planning systemsAssist the Associate Director of Admissions/Registrar & Records with Colleague rules, cohorts, and functionsProduce and edit class and time schedules and scheduling of classesProcess dual credit registrations and dropsRegister Teacher In-Service student applicationsProcess Individualized Study student applicationsRun reports and provide quality control metricsCoordinate software updates/testing for the officeProcess a variety of forms received in the office such as add/drop, PIFs, withdraws, name/address changeOther duties as assignedAdditional duties include direct and indirect activities to support recruitment and retention of students.Application Procedure: Please upload all of the following documents or your application may not be considered for review.Cover Letter/Letter of InterestResume/Curriculum VitaeContact Information or Letters for three (3) Professional ReferencesUnofficial Transcripts (Official Transcripts requested upon hire)This position is open until filled; however, applications received on or before August 8, 2026, will receive first consideration.
