What You'll DoCreate Exceptional Community Spaces

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of clubhouses, offices, fitness centers, hallways, restrooms, models, and other common areas
• Ensure amenity spaces are welcoming, clean, and resident-ready
• Remove trash, clean surfaces, sanitize high-touch areas, and maintain overall community presentation

Maintain Beautiful Grounds

• Keep grounds free of litter and debris
• Assist with landscaping touch-ups and curb appeal initiatives
• Help maintain outdoor amenity spaces, walkways, and common areas
• Monitor community appearance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement

Support Pool & Amenity Operations

• Conduct daily inspections of pool and recreation areas
• Clean and maintain pool decks, furniture, and surrounding amenities
• Monitor conditions and report maintenance needs promptly
• Assist with routine pool area upkeep and seasonal preparations

Perform Community Inspections

• Complete daily walkthroughs of buildings, amenities, parking areas, and common spaces
• Identify safety concerns, maintenance issues, and curb appeal opportunities
• Report findings and assist with minor corrective actions when appropriate

Assist With Preventative & Seasonal Maintenance

• Support maintenance technicians with preventative maintenance projects
• Assist with seasonal community preparations and transitions
• Help with light maintenance and repair tasks as assigned
• Participate in irrigation, pool, fountain, and outdoor amenity maintenance support
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the community remains in excellent condition
