This role requires in-depth knowledge of credentialing processes, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. What will you come with: 1-2 years of customer service support experience with the healthcare industry, Home Health Services preferred Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to use various computer programs and applications, IE EMR/EHR Ability to self-motivate and work independently. Qualifications Experience Required Proficiency in credentialing software and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of NCQA, Joint Commission, and other regulatory standards Knowledge in Excel 2 years: credentialing or office experience, with strong experience in PSV.
