divh2RN Shift Supervisor Randolph, MA/h2pBalance Life Work with a New Career Opportunity/pp(LONG TERM CARE)/pp(SHORT TERM REHAB)/pp(SKILLED NURSING)/ppNow Hiring RN Shift Supervisor Randolph, MA/ppSALARY RANGE: $49.00-$53.00/ppCAREONE AT RANDOLPH/ppThe RN Supervisor will be responsible for, but not limited to:/polliResponsible for the day-to-day coordination and oversight of all aspects of nursing activities of the facility during her/his tour of duty./liliAssure that State and Federal Regulations as well as Facility Policy and Procedures are adhered to and the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times./liliServe as Administrations representation in the facility in the absence of the Director of Nursing, the Assistant Director of Nursing and the Administrator./liliDelegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out his/her assigned duties./li/olpPosition Requirements:/pulliAssociate or bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university or an accredited RN program is preferred. or a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program and currently enrolled in an approved RN program and actively pursuing an RN Licensure./lili1+ year experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility./liliPrefer experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long-Term Care Federal Regulations./liliActively licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN/LVN/li/ulpThe CareOne mission is to define excellence within the health care community.
