The Supervisor Core Laboratory Technical Operations (Chemistry-Hematology) is responsible for laboratory operations in a defined clinical testing discipline of the Core Laboratory within the health enterprise. The Supervisor ensures that laboratory operations run at peak performance by driving optimization of resources, financial performance, growth, safety, teammate engagement, and quality; and maintains strong collaboration and relationships with internal laboratory leaders and business partners to align with corporate strategies, initiatives, process, and procedures.

Location: Near Charlotte, NC Type: Full-time and permanent Shift: Evenings Requirements: College degree; ASCP cert; prior experience Pay: $41-$61/hr Benefits: 401k; health, dental, and life insurance; PTO, etc.
