We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an ongoing urgent care locum opportunity in Rockingham, NC.

Position Highlights:

Urgent care setting
Adult and pediatric patients, ages 6 months+
Average volume around 40 patients/day
Solo provider coverage with support staff on site
EMR: Epic
No call
Required onboarding/training before first shift

Requirements:

NP or PA
Urgent care, emergency medicine, or family practice experience preferred
Comfortable with common urgent care procedures
Board certification required
BLS required
NC DEA required

Additional Details:

Local candidates preferred
Mileage reimbursement may be available
Malpractice covered
