Workforce Management Analyst

Supporting enterprise workforce planning and resource management activities in a fully remote capacity, the Workforce Management Senior Analyst will analyze workforce demand, staffing projections, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations across the project portfolio. Key responsibilities Support workforce planning, staffing alignment, forecasting, and resource management activities across accounts and project delivery organizations Analyze workforce demand and resource allocation to identify staffing gaps and implement solutions with leadership Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to enhance workforce governance through reporting and performance metrics Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in workforce management, resource planning, or related business disciplines Experience in forecasting, staffing, labor utilization, and resource allocation in a complex operational environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and provide actionable recommendations Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
