As a member of the HR Leadership Team, this role drives talent strategies that support business objectives, provides trusted business partnership, and helps embed BVI's people strategy across the organization. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted HR advisor to the CTO, CFO, and their leadership teams, providing strategic business partnership and guidance. Lead talent initiatives across R&D and Finance, including workforce planning, senior-level hiring, succession planning, promotion reviews, and organizational design. Own the end-to-end talent strategy for the R&D and Finance functions. Lead annual performance management and talent review processes for assigned client groups. Partner with the Total Rewards team on compensation decisions and performance-related initiatives. Coach leaders through complex people matters and manage senior-level employee relations issues with sound judgment and discretion. Contribute as an active member of the HR Leadership Team, helping shape enterprise-wide people initiatives and the overall HR strategy across BVI. Drive continuous improvement in how HR partners with the business to deliver value and support organizational success. Qualification Progressive HR career with prior experience in a senior HR Business Partner role supporting executive leadership. Demonstrated ability to operate effectively at the leadership level while remaining hands-on in execution. Strong expertise across talent management, performance management, compensation partnership, and employee relations. Strong business acumen, sound judgment, and a strategic mindset. Results-oriented with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, make decisions, and drive outcomes. Experience within the medical device industry is preferred. Company #J-18808-Ljbffr
