Mustang Cat, the authorized Caterpillar dealer for Southeast Texas, is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Worker to support our growing operations in Hempstead, TX. This hands-on position plays a key role in pulling and processing orders for heavy equipment parts, supporting our technicians, service shops, and branch locations.

What You'll Do as a Parts Worker:
- Pull parts orders manually and using a forklift
- Handle shipping and receiving of Caterpillar equipment parts
- Expedite orders to support urgent field service and shop repairs
- Process all orders accurately by the end of each shift
- Check in incoming parts deliveries
- Make or build hydraulic hoses as needed
- Assist with loading/unloading the shuttle truck
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Previous forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in non-climate-controlled areas
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with order systems
- Strong commitment to safe work practices
Preferred Experience:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Prior experience in heavy equipment parts, distribution, or industrial supply chains.
