Manage and assess business development personnel. Identify and prioritize referral sources, using feedback to shape strategy. Establish metrics, create reports, and analyze business development performance. Shape market scope, monitor competition, and develop the annual budget. Plan community workshops and seminars with assessment and referral focus. Ensure marketing materials accurately deliver the intended message. Manage community relationships, facility reputation, and CRM reporting. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, or relevant industry experience will be considered. Must be 21 years of age or older. Valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). Proof of insurance for personal vehicle use.
