Store Manager

Role Overview Responsible for managing all store operations, including staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation, inventory management, merchandise presentation, and customer service. Ensures store compliance with policies, maintains a safe environment, and controls financial procedures. Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, and retain qualified employees while ensuring proper staffing levels. Provide training, conduct performance reviews, and address performance or conduct issues. Manage inventory, ordering, stocking, and presentation to meet sales targets. Analyze financial statements to identify trends and control expenses. Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and secure cash handling procedures. Lead customer service efforts and maintain a positive shopping environment. Follow company policies, complete documentation, and support staff development. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret documents, perform math calculations, and operate cash registers. Knowledge of inventory, merchandising, cash handling, and safety procedures. Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred high school diploma and management experience in retail. Bilingual skills may be advantageous.
